What can you expect from People’s Baptist Church?

Solid Biblical preaching. The pulpit ministry is at the center of People’s Baptist Church. The Bible is the basis for what we believe, and it is taught and preached at every service.
Christ-honoring music. Music is a vital part of our services. We seek music drawn from the rich heritage of church hymnody to promote reverent worship.
Sunday School Programs. Opportunities for adults to study the Bible in a friendly, open setting. Our children’s classes help to train and guide children in a loving atmosphere.
Annual retreats. Special times for growth and encouragement. We participate in teaching, preaching and fellowships with other churches in Eastern North Carolina and surrounding states.
Fellowships. Great times to develop Christian friendship and introduce others to the Savior.
Soul winning. Opportunities at various times to honor the Lord in fulfilling the “Great Commission” as a body of Christ through door to door, prospects, contacts of various means.
Fair Ministry. Winning souls during our county fair in partnership with Amazing Grace Missions.
Missions Program. Supporting missionaries at home and around the world by prayer and financial giving through "Faith Promise" giving.
